ABOUT
Better than the standard hotel room. Better than the serviced apartment with the worn carpet and the laminated menu by the bed. Better than the venue that hosts three events simultaneously on the same Saturday. What we wanted was simple: spaces that feel genuinely considered. Where the beds are properly made and the WiFi actually works and the kitchen is stocked for a real meal. Where the occasion — whether it’s a one-night stay or a six-month residency or a daughter’s wedding — gets the room and the attention it deserves. We now have four of them, across Visakhapatnam. Three apartments steps from RK Beach. A corporate residence along the beach road. A banquet hall on the main road in Boyapalem. And an events farmhouse near the airport, for the kind of gathering that needs open air and open sky. Each space is managed personally. Not by a property management system. Not by a call centre. By the people who chose it, furnished it, and care about how it’s used. That’s what House of Spaces is. A name that means the same thing across four different addresses: something curated, something personal, something worth arriving for.
